Stainless Steel
Elbows
Stainless steel elbows for changing flow direction in industrial piping systems. Available in 45°, 90° and 180° configurations, with long radius and short radius options for different piping layouts.
Common Stainless Steel Elbow Configurations
Elbow selection depends on the required change in direction, available installation space and piping system design.
45° Elbow
Used for moderate directional changes where the piping route requires a less abrupt turn.
90° Elbow
One of the most commonly used configurations for changing pipeline direction by 90 degrees.
180° Elbow
Used in return-flow arrangements where the pipeline requires a complete reversal of direction.
Long Radius Elbow — LR
Commonly selected where a larger turning radius and smoother directional transition are required.
Short Radius Elbow — SR
A compact configuration used where piping layout and installation space are more limited.

Stainless Steel Elbow FAQs
What types of stainless steel elbows can you supply?
We can support common industrial elbow configurations including 45°, 90° and 180° elbows, with long radius and short radius options according to the applicable specification and RFQ requirements.
What is the difference between LR and SR elbows?
LR means long radius and SR means short radius. Long radius elbows provide a larger turning radius, while short radius elbows offer a more compact configuration where installation space is limited.
Can you supply 304L and 316L stainless steel elbows?
Yes. 304/304L and 316/316L are among the commonly supported stainless steel grades. Duplex, super duplex and selected special alloys can also be evaluated according to the RFQ.
Are ASME B16.9 stainless steel elbows available?
Yes. ASME B16.9 butt-welding elbows can be supplied according to the required material grade, dimensions and project specifications.
Can EN 10204 3.1 material certificates be provided?
EN 10204 3.1 material certificates can be provided where required. PMI, dimensional inspection, visual inspection, NDT and third-party inspection can also be arranged according to the purchase specification.
What information should I provide for an elbow RFQ?
Please provide the elbow angle, radius type where applicable, material grade, standard, size, schedule or wall requirement, quantity and delivery destination. Drawings or project specifications may also be provided where relevant.
Need Stainless Steel Elbows?
